Not even a global pandemic can hold The Drum Recommends Digital Awards back. And a virtual ceremony, attended by many of the best agencies up and down the country, was held earlier this week to unveil the winners of the 2020 accolades.

Nominated in 5 categories, we were confident of securing a gong - or perhaps two - to add to our growing collection. So, to come away as victors in 3 categories was a brilliant reflection of the work our teams have accomplished this year, and a conversion rate Ryan and his team can be proud of…

First up, our media buying teams walked away with the award for Online Advertising (40-99 staff), before our shopping experts brought their experience to bear on the eCommerce (combined) category. Finally, our magnificent conversion team retained their crown for another year with Optimisation/Conversion (combined).
