Finding Your Audience | Rob Langan

Rob’s at the helm of our programmatic team, and through his presentation he offered a guide to user data and programmatic advertising.

Going beyond the basics of programmatic, but not too advanced, Rob explained how businesses can use programmatic to find and target their most valuable audiences. This includes his ‘programmatic checklist’, which can be used to make sure your targeting is working hand-in-hand with creative to be truly successful.

Conversion and analytics director, Ryan Webb, then took attendees through his ‘easy wins for improved conversion’.

Discussing many of the commonest issues he sees with websites across industries, Ryan used his time to highlight the ways in which businesses of all kinds can remove barriers to conversion and improve conversion rates without spending more on advertising itself.

Using Insight to Inform Strategy | Ryan Webb

Finally, Ryan Webb returned to the lectern to offer masterclass attendees some insight about how they can take their Google Analytics to the next level.

During his presentation, Ryan discussed both strategy and insight, and the importance of each, before taking those present through 5 next-level methods of deriving business insight from analytics.
